Interview with Mr Jean-Vincent GAUZENTES, Director of Agrolab’s:

Why did you need a gravimetric dilutor?

We wanted to be able to use 4 diluents in parallel on two instruments. Traceability is a key parameter in our analyses, and we were looking for a ‘paperless’ solution.

How has DiluFlow changed the way you work?

The overall quality of our analyses has improved. The features that most meet our expectations are traceability and the multi-pump head. This means we can reduce our paper consumables and choose the right diluent for the analysis at the right time.

Why did you choose Interscience?

The French design of Interscience equipment appealed to us. We have been using Interscience PLCs since 1989 and have followed their development over several generations. We were able to visit the production plant in Mourjou and benefit from demonstrations on our site.

The support of the technical team is invaluable, and they are always ready to listen to our suggestions for improvement. The after-sales team is always attentive to our requests and responds quickly.
