Interview with Pascale Mazelier, SOCOPA Laboratory Manager:
Why did you need a gravimetric dilutor?

“ We had already been using a competitor’s dilutor for two years, but it suddenly broke down, so we urgently needed a new one.„

How has the DiluFlow
changed the way you work?

“We were already using this type of device, but the specific feature of the DiluFlow that we particularly appreciated was its height. Since it’s not as high as other dilutors, it’s much more ergonomic, and we don’t have to lift our arms as much when handling it, which is very much to our liking.„

Why did you choose Interscience?

“We chose Interscience following our trial use of the DiluFlow. Indeed, the laboratory staff and I took part in the development tests for the new DiluFlow range, in the presence of Interscience’s CEO. During this test phase, we were able to give our opinion and highlight the strong points to be developed.

On the other hand, we consider Interscience to be a great French company, competent and above all, innovative.

Contact with the sales department is easy, friendly and fast. The only point for improvement would be to do away with shipping costs when ordering consumables.„
